Day Off...Sort Of
It was so nice to have NO classes and NO interning today! I still had to drop off some forms to my teacher and I have a paper due for pilates on monday, but I'm not really stressing about that. I even finished reading a book today, that I've been working on for while now (Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picault...it was really good).
I went for a run this morning, but got a late start and it was already pretty hot. I only did 4 miles and I was dehydrated the whole time. I wish I had just gone to the gym instead... Hopefully tomorrow I'll get an earlier start and a longer run.
For breakfast after my run I had a smoothie, which was way more refreshing than something hot. I also had some quaker oatmeal squares while I was making it.

For lunch I made a chicken salad sandwich with some leftover chicken, celery, miracle whip, and mustard on whole wheat bread.

I snacked on some more quaker oatmeal squares this afternoonm which managed to escape the camera. For dinner I made some vegetarian bbq riblets and they were way better than I thought they'd be. I licked the extra sauce from the pouch... I had some corn and salad on the side. I don't eat much corn, but I though it was something you eat with anything bbq.

oatmeal squares are my FAVORITE. They are too expensive for me (im a cheapskate) but they have them at Big Lots sometimes for 2 dollars. The label is in spanish but im assuming they are the same. Oh God, I hope they are the same...

Quaker oatmeal squares have been my favorite forever. I only buy them on sale. 3 or 4 dollars is way too much for cereal, especially when there's a high chance the bf will consume an entire box while i'm sleeping.
Harvesting the Heart is also a really good one by jodi picault (I think she wrote it, it's been a while)...
